Do you have a Free trial?

No, we have even better. The INDIVIDUAL Plan is free for every 1st user. Once you like to involve your team you can easily upgrade.

How do I upgrade from INDIVIDUAL to TEAM?

Just add a second user to your Boardview account. A pop-up will guide you through the simple steps.

How can I add users to my plan?

All users can request additional users. But only your company's Boardview admin can approve the new user requests, remove users and manage the payment details.

How do you bill my plan?

We bill on a monthly basis. The monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your credit card.

Where can I see how much you will invoice?

If you are the Boardview admin you can pick your preferred plan and see the associated costs, in the Profile Settings.

Are my credit card details secure?

Yes. We use Stripe, the largest online credit card processor for SaaS applications. We only store the last 4 digits of your credit card ourselves.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time with a 30 day notice in the profile settings.

Which payments methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Payments via Stripe. Alternative payment methods are not possible for now.
